The Anchor Society welcomed Peter Wilde as key speaker at our 246th annual dinner in November 2015.
A hospital consultant in Bristol for over 30 years, Peter Wilde specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. Most recently he worked to establish University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust as the region’s major ‘heart attack centre’. He led the successful planning and commissioning of the prestigious new Bristol Heart Institute which opened in 2009.
