We are delighted to announce that Jane Oakland has become our President for the year 2022-23.
Jane has been a corporate law partner at Thrings solicitors, and she is currently a consultant with the firm. She has been Chair of the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta organising committee, and a director, and remains involved with the Fiesta. Her charitable roles have included trusteeships of the Bristol Drugs Project and Bristol Cathedral Trust, and supporting The Princes Trust and the many charities involved with the Fiesta. She is a recent past Master of the Guild of Guardians, which promotes business and commerce in the City and supports the office of Lord Mayor. Jane brings a wealth of experience to the Anchor Board.
