Dr Ros Kennedy is a retired GP and has lived in Bristol for nearly 40 years. She was High Sheriff of Bristol 2015-16 which she greatly enjoyed and loved spending time supporting local charities and the statutory services in Bristol.
She previously sat on the Local Governing Body of Bristol Cathedral Choir School, which became an Academy in 2008. She also works with two local charities, Access Sport and Step & Stone, which support disabled and disadvantaged young people.
She is married with three sons and four grandchildren.
