Construction at the new development at Kirkby Road has now completed and there are still 5 properties available to purchase.
The development comprises two types of properties. Type A properties are numbers 2,3,4,5 and type B properties are numbers 1,6,7,8. As an indication the price for the properties is expected to be in the region of £149,000. These properties are now available to purchase outright or under a shared ownership scheme with the assistance of the Society. Three houses have already been reserved.
